Mark was an excellent Real Estate Agent for us. We were first-time homebuyers and he thought of purchasing a home seemed so daunting at first. Mark help us feel comfortable and educated us in the home purchasing process. He was always cheerful, patient, and always ready to answer our questions. We saw many houses before we found the right one. He always greeted us with a smile and was very honest with the condition of the houses we saw (what looked good, what didn’t, and what to watch out for). He also helped compare prices with neighboring homes to make sure the house was being sold at a reasonable price. If we had questions to which he didn’t have answers, he immediately reached out to the seller’s Real Estate agent, one of his network contact, or did research.
When the moment came to bid on a house, he helped us determine what would be a competitive offer bid and what would make the offer seem more attractive to the seller. He made sure to keep us constantly updated.
The closing experience for us was a little tough due to issues from the seller’s side. Mark was very strong support for us during this time and stood up for us when issues with the sellers escalated. He kept us calmed and informed and got us through it with the help of his professional network.
